Need help with PSN Tracker? Email [email protected] and describe what you were doing when the problem happened. Please include your device model and iOS version. Emails are usually answered within 2–3 business days.

Getting Started

How do I load a profile?

On the first screen, enter a PlayStation Network Online ID and tap Start. This is a public username, not a login — PSN Tracker never asks for a password and has no accounts. To look around first, tap Try Demo below the input field to load a sample profile instantly.

Common Issues

My profile loads but the trophies are empty

PSN Tracker can only read what PlayStation exposes publicly. If your trophy list is set to private, nothing will come through. On your console or in the PlayStation App open Settings → Privacy and set Gaming | Media → Trophies to Anyone, then pull to refresh in the app.

"Player not found"

Check the spelling of the Online ID. It is the public PSN username, not an email address and not the real name shown on the profile. IDs are case-insensitive but must otherwise match exactly.

New trophies aren't showing up

Trophy data is cached to keep the app fast and to stay within PlayStation's rate limits. Pull down to refresh on the Profile or Games screen. PlayStation itself can also take a few minutes to publish a freshly earned trophy.

Where is the Library tab?

From version 3.4.0 the Library is a mode inside the Games tab — open Games and tap the Library chip in the mode bar at the top.

Supporter Subscription

What does it unlock?

Nothing. PSN Tracker is free and stays fully functional without it. The Monthly Supporter subscription is a voluntary tip that helps cover server costs. One-time tips are also available.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed on your device under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but the app doesn't recognise it

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Privacy and Data

PSN Tracker stores only public PlayStation Network data and your app preferences. To have cached data for an Online ID removed, email the address above with that ID and it will be deleted. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a Bug

Bug reports are welcome and genuinely useful. The most helpful reports include the Online ID or game involved, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if the problem is visual.
