Use R3 (click right stick) to make Nate hint at nearby treasure locations.
Find and pick up your very first treasure from any level in the game.

Trophy unlocks when the first treasure is collected.

Collect treasures by finding and pressing the pickup button near each glowing item.

Trophy unlocks when the 10th treasure is collected.

Find 20 Treasures

Continue searching each chapter thoroughly for hidden treasures in alcoves and on ledges.
Treasures are often placed off the main path — explore side areas of each level.
Collect a total of 20 treasures across your playthrough.
Trophy unlocks when the 20th treasure is collected.
Use a chapter-select after finishing the game to revisit levels for missed treasures.

Find 30 Treasures

Collect a total of 30 treasures across your Uncharted playthrough.
Check every alcove, dead-end corridor, and environmental nook in each chapter.

Chapter select is available after completing the game for backtracking.

Collect a total of 40 treasures across your playthrough.
By this point most easily found treasures will be collected — use a guide for hidden ones.
Pay close attention to jungle and ruin levels which have many off-path treasures.

Check after each chapter to confirm how many were found in that section.

Collect a total of 50 treasures across your playthrough.
Refer to a complete treasure map or guide to ensure none are missed.
Use chapter select to return to earlier levels for treasures not found on first pass.

You are now past 80% of the total treasure count.

Find 60 Treasures

Collect all 60 standard treasures hidden throughout the game's chapters.

The Strange Relic is a unique collectible separate from the 60 standard treasures.
It is found in Chapter 4 — in the area with the statue puzzle.
Look for a hidden passage or alcove off the main path in that chapter.

Trophy unlocks when the Strange Relic is collected.

Perform the Brutal Combo melee attack by pressing Square rapidly near an enemy.
The Brutal Combo is a finishing move triggered after softening an enemy.

Punch enemies until their health is low, then trigger the Brutal Combo.
Trophy unlocks when 5 enemies are killed with the Brutal Combo.

Achieve a triple grenade kill where one explosion kills 3+ enemies at once.
Repeat this feat 5 separate times across your playthrough.

Trophy unlocks when the 5th triple-kill explosion is achieved.

Drake can hang from ledges, ropes, and pipes during platforming sections.

While Drake is hanging from a ledge or rope, equip and throw a grenade at an enemy.
The grenade must kill the enemy while Drake is still hanging.

Chapters with ledge traversal near enemy groups are best for this.
Trophy unlocks when 10 hanging grenade kills are registered.

Fire your weapon without pressing L2 to aim — this is hipfire mode.
Move while shooting from the hip without using the manual aim button.

Close-range combat or running past enemies works well for this.
Trophy unlocks when 20 hipfire kills are accumulated.

Kill 5 Enemies with a Single Punch After Weakening Them with Gunfire

During combat, shoot an enemy a few times to weaken them significantly.
Approach the weakened enemy and press Square to deliver the finishing punch.
The punch must be the final killing blow after gunfire weakened them.
Perform this sequence 5 times across your playthrough.
Trophy unlocks when 5 gunfire-then-punch kills are achieved.

Weaken an enemy with gunfire then finish them with a single punch.

Find chapter with multiple weaker enemies for easier execution.
Trophy unlocks when 10 consecutive gun-weaken then punch-finish kills are done.

Approach enemies from behind without being detected.
Press the melee button when behind an enemy to perform a stealth melee attack.

The Mk-NDI is a grenade found in the game — pick them up from enemy drops.

Trophy unlocks when 30 total kills with the Mk-NDI are registered.
Stockpile grenades by collecting them from defeated enemies.
